1) Included new Java pgm that displays desired text in a new/dedicated 
window (independent of the browser).
    For details, see the new "Displaying a message on the PC screen" chapter.

2) Added support for the Napco Gemini security system.

3) Allowed creation of *multiple* MESSAGE Objects, so user can create one 
with a click and one without.

4) Added support for the WGL WS800 X10 RF receiver.
    This device receives X10 RF signals generated from X10 various products
    (e.g. Palm Pad remotes, key chain remotes, Hawkeye motion detectors, etc)
    and sends the commands <i>directly</i> to ECS,
    thus minimizing power line clutter and improving response times
    by bypassing the usual power line delay.
