Hi everyone,
For anyone interested in selling ECS or an OEM for profit,
the following options are now available (though subject to change :-)):

ECS Basic-Dealer:
         For each copy sold, the dealer gets 20% of the $340 retail price 
($68).
         We provide support.

OEM Basic-Dealer:
         Similar to above, but ECS is sold as an "OEM" version that will 
bear the dealer's name/contacts,
         and be further customized as desired.
         An OEM could act as a general-purpose program (like ECS) or could 
perform a specific/dedicated task(s).
         If the latter, it would include a customized main.cfg/Scripts, and 
any unrelated Classes would be suppressed
         (from the executable and the documentation).
         Another advantage is that an OEM may be advertised as the dealer's 
*exclusive* product.
         This option requires a minimum of 2 sales per month.

ECS Advanced-Dealer:
         For each copy sold, the dealer gets 40% of the $340 retail price 
($136).
         The dealer provides support. I am contacted only to address 
suspected bugs.

OEM Advanced-Dealer:
         Similar to above, but ECS is sold as an "OEM" version (described 
above)
         This option requires a minimum of 2 sales per month.

Dealers would be responsible for collecting payments and providing me the 
name, email address, and phone # of each customer.
I would provide customers their authorization codes upon receiving our payment.

If you are seriously interested in an OEM dealership and would like to see 
an example of what
*your* OEM would look like (less the suppression of unwanted Classes), 
please send me
your desired product name and contact info. I will then send you your OEM 
SETUP.EXE within 24 hours.
