hi all,
i sometimes need to see the screen of customers who are reporting a problem.
i don't need to *use* his/her PC - i *just* need to see the screen.
even a snapshot every second or would be fine - so speed/performance 
are of no concern.
what *is* critical is that it be easy to install and use.
would you recommend VNC, PC-Anywhere, or something else ?
