Looks interesting.  Can you talk to it the same as a TX series?  Ie; 
dynamically get the Temp and set the setpoint, mode etc., and does it 
have the equivalent of Autosend, where without polling, I get notified 
of Temp, setpoint changes?

The idea would be that I could use my existing scripts to seamlessly run 
this thermostat.  If this were the case, I'd probably switch to it from 
the X10 based to remove the trafic on the power line.
