1) Renamed Point-Master Class to Point-Manager.

2) When wave files (including text-to-speech) are played thru the sound card,
    they are also played at any *remote* browser sessions (via JAVA).

3) Renamed the following values for the FILE.READ Property:
         Old:            New:
         None            [NONE]
         EOF             [EOF]
    PLEASE EDIT YOUR MAIN.CFG ACCORDINGLY (OR EMAIL IT TO ME FOR 
MODIFICATIONS).

4) So as to avoid an occasional (but persistent) JAVA display problem that
    could not be coded-around, I fixed the web page banner (buttons and message
    line) width to 700 pixels.
