can anyone recommend a webcam program that will:
         detect video motion and record when detected
         allow me to display streaming video in a web page (via a java applet)
please recommend only if you have actually used the software.
many packages promise much, but i have found problems with all so far.
WebCam32 appears to be very popular, but it is full of bugs.
