Note: Unless otherwise noted, all updates are performed automatically 
by ECS.EXE/REV.EXE.

1) Removed NET-VIDEO.TIMEOUT Property, as it was not needed for video 
streams (1 second is *always* a timeout).

2) Increased the speed of JAVA image-updates.
    Hence, NET-VIDEO streams can now support the ECS-imposed max of 10 FPS.
    The JAVA could support an even higher rate, but I fear that this 
would place too much of a burden on ECS.
    WARNING: If you display a NET-VIDEO stream via a *slow Internet* 
connection,
    you will be eventually disconnected if ECS can't send the images 
fast enough.
    I hope to address this problem soon.

3) Added FILE.FIND and WEB-SITE.FIND Property (to find text in the file).

4) Renamed SERVER-SOCKET.CLIENT-IP to ACTIVE-CLIENT-IP.
    If you are using this Class, please send your main.cfg for the 
required updates.
