Are there hour/minute/second count UP counters?  I see cound DOWN 
timers, but not count UP counters.

Is there a way in a script to goto a specific line or to exit that script?

Is the CHOICE class to be used for all the old on/off, open/closed, 
yes/no, true/false types?
