There will be with updates.  Updates now are requiring a validation 
module to run, and that revalidates the key.
So eventually, you'll be told one of the PC's has an invalid key and has 
to be updated.

Personally, unless you never intend to install a MS update (security, 
software etc),  don't think its a good idea.

(Tried it, been there, got the T-shirt and it didn't fit)
