ECS late 3.3 or early 3.4 distrib disk needed

I hope this is not a double post.   Can someone please clarify which of the following
addresses are valid and if there are still 2 mail lists.

Thanks for your responses.  I have received an update archive of ver 3.4. but the archive
only contains the ECS.EXE and the Update docs.  I really need the whole distro since
it would contain the RMT.EXE and a few other files I may need. Version 3.3 is preferred
as it is what I am running.  I think RMT was obsoleted in 4.0 but I am not certain.
