I made the transition a while back. Copy and paste doesn't work, but you
can move the old unit definitions over with Excel (to turn them into
spreadsheet form, and then back into text) and a text editor (I've been
thrilled with Ultraedit).
Then the bulk of the scripts can be copied and pasted over into the
scripting window, but you have to tweak them a little and add change the
separators to two spaces, not one.
It is well worth spending the time to move over.
