Note: Unless otherwise noted, all updates are performed automatically 
by ECS.EXE/REV.EXE.

1) NET-VIDEO.DOWNLOAD-FREQUENCY has been removed, as it is was not 
really needed.
    ECS now checks for a new image every 30ms, regardless of the 
camera's frame rate.

2) Fixed problem whereby LampLinc lamp icon did not accurately denote 
the dim level.

3) Fixed a few HTML-related problems that ocurred when apostrophes 
were used in Object names.

4) Added RECORD/PLAYBACK capability to NET-VIDEO Classes.
    Please read Class description for details.

5) Corrected bug in Page Editor whereby INSERT and DELETE selections 
did not work properly.
