as i was unable to re-create this problem (all 3.5->3.7 updates were 
made automatically).
i now think this to be a false alarm (a lone anomaly seen by one customer).

he was getting a "NOAA-Weather..." not found error (or similar).
i'm not sure of the exact text of the error, or where the error was 
being displayed.
but he corrected it by deleting his NOAA-Weather object.

i'm still not sure of how this problem occurred, but i hope to get 
more details tomorrow,
if i figure it out, i will report !

anyway, the update should work fine - so have at it !
