Hi Mark - Wow, you've been busy - nice to see all the improvements. Quick question - is there any way I can add 1-wire capabilities to your most recent version just for my own use? I'm willing to edit the html help files if that is what is needed, Just curious, thanks for your time. Leland Leland, lhelgerson@surplushunter.net Remember, if it ain't broke, you're not tryin'!! The sooner you fall behind, the more time you will have to catch up A common mistake people made when designing something completely foolproof was to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools And remember: An amateur built the Ark. Update history follows below. For instructions, please see "Installing Updates" section of the help file. Regards, Mark Gilmore http://OmnipotenceSoftware.com ******************** 3.11 REVISIONS Unless otherwise noted, all updates to your configuration (main.cfg) are performed automatically by ECS. 1) Renamed the following Classes: Old New --- --- ApplianceLinc Insteon-Appliance LampLinc Insteon-Lamp 2) Added new INSTEON-SWITCH and INSTEON-DIMMER Classes. These are functionally identical to the Insteon-Appliance and Insteon-Lamp Classes (added only for clarity). 3) The 1st operational/X10-capable Object defined in main.cfg is now assigned to peform all X10 I/O. So if you have an Ocelot and a PowerLinc, and ECS is not using the desired unit for X10, then you can fix this by manually editing main.cfg and moving the definition of the desired Object *above* that of the other. 4) Fixed bug whereby the ECS tray icon could fail to turn red on an error. 5) The Object Editor has been reformatted for a much cleaner appearance. 3.10 REVISIONS: 1) Added new PROCESS Class (denotes if a process is active). 2) Added new WINDOW Class (denotes if a Window exists). 3) Added NETCAM.Recorded-Seconds Property (denotes elapsed recording time). 4) ECS/LINUX: Corrected bug which triggered erroneous error on web page downloads. Corrected bug which prevented WatchDog from restarting ECS. Corrected bug which prevented "-daemon" argument from being processed. 5) NETCAM.File (which denoted an optional file that *every* image was to be written to) has been replaced by NETCAM.Capture (which may set to a file name to capture an image). SOME REQUIRED CHANGES TO YOUR CONFIGURATION (MAIN.CFG) MAY NOT BE PERFORMED AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE EMAIL ME YOUR MAIN.CFG IF ANY NETCAM-RELATED ERRORS ARE REPORTED. 6) NETCAM.Download (which denoted when images were to be downloaded) has been deleted. ECS now only downloads when the image is being displayed, recorded, or captured. 7) Added "Group" Property to the ApplianceLinc and LampLinc Classes.
