Good morning,
I have just detected/corrected a Linux-specific bug that
can cause ECS to fail to detect the existence of files.
The patch is at:
	http://OmnipotenceSoftware.com/ecs.bin
Sorry for any inconvenience.

I have also corrected the problem whereby ecs.bin was dependent on "GCLIB 2.4".
So feel free to update (the above patch is also in http://OmnipotenceSoftware.com/ecs_linux.zip).
