I had run REV.EXE. I stripped PCID.TXT of extra lines.  It works now.

Hi Rob,
You need to run REV.EXE to update your cfgs (as instructed in the manual).

RE PCID.TXT:
Gatesware (i.e. Outlook) is adding extra lines to PCID.TXT (for no apparent 
reason).
Please edit this file and remove all but the 1st line.
