can anyone tell me why clicking a link to ECS_SETUP.EXE
(as found in http://www.omnipotencesoftware.com/Z.HTM) fails to trigger a download ???
it just opens a *very* empty tab with this title:
	(APPLICATION/OCTET-STREAM OBJECT)
it works fine in I.E.
and if i change the file name (in *any* way), it works in firefox as well.
what the hell ????
