FYI: A kind soul just informed me of a far-superior method of downloading 
tv-listings.
 From what I have seen so far, I will probably switch to this method.
But if you want to play with it now and give me some feedback:
1) DL at 
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/xmltv/xmltv-0.5.15-win32.zip?download
2) Unzip in a dedicated folder (C:\XMLTV).
3) Setup:
         a) Enter "xmltv tv_grab_na --configure"
         b) Edit .\xmltv\tv_grab_na.conf and insert "not " ay every chan 
that you do not have
4) Download 7 days of listings to xmltv.txt (in .XML format):
         xmltv tv_grab_na --output xmltv.txt
