Very nice!

I would suggest indenting rather than centered, with the function group
title left and the subfunctions indented a couple of characters:

Move this box
  Set X coordinate (504)
  Set Y coordinate (500)


Shortening up the yext would also help a litte. For example, 
"Select a different applet file" could be "change applet"

ECS 2.3.07 has been uploaded to
http://OmnipotenceSoftware.com/ECS SETUP.EXE.
Update history attached.
For instructions, please see manual ("Installing Updates" section).

I esp need feedback on my new menus.
One complained that it was hard to find desired selections
(which I don't understand, as they are still alphabetical).
Note that as this new approach rarely needs scrollbars,
it lends itself to touchscreen use.
