Guidelines for the Content/Display of Error Messages:
1) *No" error messages shall be comprehensible to any but
    the MS developers who developed the related software.
2) *No* error messages shall contain information that might assist
    the user in addressing the problem.
3) *No* error messages shall be displayed in a window that allows one
    to copy the message to the clipboard, and none shall be logged to a
    normal text file. Note that these restrictions enhances the aggravational
    experience of those who wish to report or search for a given message
    (as they are forced to manually enter same).
