ifconfig:
lists eth0 as 192.168.1.2
(sorry i can't give you entire list, but the only way I can transfer
files to my Win PC is to burn a CD)
route:
lists same as "netstat -nr" (below).
arp:
nothing listed (at all)

NOTE: Though none of these Win dumps list 192.168.1.1, I KNOW that
the Win PC is OK (just used it yesterday as 192.168.1.1 with RH9).

Yes (just double checked).
FYI: To get my LAN to work under RH9, I had to re-install
the whole blessed system to totally disable the firewall.
