I can't get Opera (pre-installed under Suse) to support JAVA.
I get only little boxes that say "Image". Never seen anything like this before.
The "Validate Java Path" test reports that all is well
(and I verified it manually by looking at the dir contents).
But the "Enable Java" box is grayed out (and so can't be checked).
I have extensively searched the www, but can't find a solution.
