Mark,
Can't you do multiple monitors now? Load up 2, 3, 4 or 5 browsers. Doesn't
the browser get the dynamic updates through java i/o code? If so, why not
take that code and embed it in the monitors with the other java code but
make it specific to what's being monitored. Or, you could change the way ECS
communicates with everything by using something like JXTA
(http://www.jxta.org/).

I have an OEM application which requires multiple/independent monitors
(each of which will display the output of a JAVA pgm, and possibly a
browser as well).
Might anyone know how this could be accomplished ?
I just need a general direction to get me going :-).
