1) Added Float.Decimal-Places Property (max # of decimal places).

2) Added URL.User Property.

3) Coded around Win-related problem that could cause occasional crashes on 
exit.

4) Added Password.Default-Page Property:
         The Page to be automatically displayed when this user logs in (or 
None).

5) Added Password.Default-Page-Only Properties:
         If Yes, this user will only have access to the Default-Page.

1) Added Add/Subtract support for:
         TX15.SetPoint
         TX15-B.SetPoint
         TR15.SetPoint
         TR16.Cool-SetPoint
         TR16.Heat-SetPoint
         TR36.SetPoint
         TR36.Cool-SetPoint
         TR36.Heat-SetPoint

2) The Script editor dropdowns now display a list of 500 *numeric* values
    (1-500) when the operator is Add/Subtract/Multiply/Divide.
    Previously, it listed the valid states for the Property
    (i.e. same menu as listed for "Set").
