a reverse-engineering challenge for you brains out there !

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to reverse-engineer a device protocol,
which interprets floating-point values as shown in the following examples.
Might anyone have *any* idea what format this is ?
It's *not* IEEE (unless perhaps the bits are jumbled around).
