Just loaded 2.3.19

1) One of the digital inputs that was dead in the earlier version has
now come back to life. I'll look into the others.

2) The console (DOS window) is reporting Ocelot transactions. It doesn't
hide itself away, which was the usual default for ECS. This may be what
Rob is referring to. The task bar options to show and hide the log have
no effect - I think that they used to show and hide the DOS console
window.

I'm still lost.
I never created a special version that shows the console log by default.
Please tell me again what the problem is.
But be *extremely* explicit, as I don't think we are talking about the
same 
thing.
