ECS 2.3.19 again uses the interrupt method of detecting X10 traffic (vs the polling method), so it should be very fast. (logging will not slow things down unless it's logging a *lot* of stuff). Make sure that you have *not* defined the OCELOT_IO_POLL environment variable to 1 (which would trigger polling).
