1) Renamed "Now" Script operators as follows:
    Old              New
    ------               ---------
    Is Now       Becomes
    Is Not Now   Becomes Not
    < Now        Becomes <
    <= Now       Becomes <=
    > Now        Becomes >
    >= Now       Becomes >=

2.3.20

1) Modified "Is Now"/"Is Not Now"/"> Now"/etc Script operator logic as
follows:
    Is Now
         TRUE if a Property *just became* equal to the compared value
(i.e. 
was *not* equal to it before).
         In previous versions, it would be true if it was equal to the
value
         and it had *just been updated* (regardless of the previous
value).
    Is Not Now
         TRUE if a Property *just became* not equal to the compared
value
    < Now
         TRUE if a Property *just became* less than the compared value
    <= Now
         TRUE if a Property *just became* less than or equal to the 
compared value
    > Now
         TRUE if a Property *just became* greater than the compared
value
    >= Now
         TRUE if a Property *just became* greater than or equal to the 
compared value
