FYI: I just installed the new Sun JAVA Runtime Environment 1.4.2_05 (at 
http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp),
and it seems to be a *lot* faster than 1.4.2._04.
Warning: This install changes the default I.E. setting to use Sun (inst of 
the MSVM).
