FYI, it works OK under Outlook 2003, but I agree that it fails under
Outlook 2000. I have not tested it under other versions.

Warning to others: you will find out that it fails under Outlook after
you have entered all your data and hit done. So if you want to test your
version of Outlook - test it before you enter the data - but don't send
Mark the blank email...
