Hi Mark -
A note about Firefox - I'm using the release version on my main computer
with great results - and it works fine as an ECS client. I haven't tried it
on the ECS server though.

i tried using the latest firefox with ecs, but it locked up trying to
display the 1st ecs page.
it appears that they have a lot of work to do in the java area.
