Mark, hopefully you got my other method.  Use windows explorer to do a 
date modified search.  Select all and hit Ctrl C.
Go to Nero, Click in files box and press the Paste from Clipboard 
button, or  RightClick and select paste.

All your files and/or directories will be added.
