Setting up a brand new PC ("PC1"/XP):
I can access all files on PC2(XP), but can't get to anything on PC3 (WIN2000).

When I try to "Add A Network Place", XP lists PC3 (under "Microsoft Windows 
Network"),
but it won't let me select it.

"View Workgroup Computers" lists PC3, but when I click it, I get a password 
prompt (???).

I can access PC3 fine from PC2.

Any ideas ?
